Welcome to Kodkollektivet.se! Before accessing or using the Kodkollektivet.se website ("the Website"), you must read and agree to comply with this Service Agreement ("the Agreement").

Spam and illicit advertising on the Website are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in your ban from the Website, and the matter may be passed to authorities.

Should a registered case of academic or other misconduct be brought to our attention, we reserve the right to use it as grounds for removing you from the Website.

Users are encouraged to refrain from using the Website to express political views, religious beliefs, or discuss other topics that might result in disagreement and conflict. A tendency to cause controversy might result in your removal from the Website.
8. Defamatory Claims and Accusations
Should it become known to us that you have been making unfounded accusations, defamatory claims or otherwise facilitating the spread of misinformation about a member of Kodkollektivet, the group as a whole, or an unrelated party, it could be viewed as grounds for removing you from the Website. Kodkollektivet.se is not responsible for the content posted by its users. However, we reserve the right to moderate and act upon content in the group's and third parties' best interests.

11. Account Termination
Kodkollektivet reserves the right to terminate a user's account if they violate any of the rules outlined in the Service Agreement or Privacy Policy, or engage in any other behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or harmful to other users or the website itself. Such termination may be immediate and without prior notice. More on this matter:
- In the event of account termination, the user will lose access to their account and any content they have posted on the website. Kodkollektivet is not responsible for any loss or damage that the user may experience as a result of such termination.
- Upon termination, the user must immediately cease using the website and refrain from attempting to access it in any way.
- The user also acknowledges and agrees that Kodkollektivet has no obligation to provide them with a copy of their content, and that the website reserves the right to delete any and all of their content upon termination of their account.
- If the user wishes to dispute their account termination, they may do so by contacting Kodkollektivet’s support at info@kodkollektivet.se. However, the final decision regarding account termination rests solely with Kodkollektivet.
